7. We will do our best to meet the delivery times specified in the Online Store.However, sometimes factors beyond our control may affect delivery times, and therefore we cannot guarantee them.
8. If we have not delivered the products by the deadline, the Buyer can cancel the order immediately in the following cases:
- we have refused to deliver the products;
- delivery by the deadline was essential (taking into account all relevant circumstances); or
- The buyer already announced before accepting the order that delivery by the deadline is essential.
If the Buyer does not want to cancel the order immediately or the Buyer does not have the right to do so according to section 5.8, the Buyer can notify us of a new delivery deadline, which must be reasonable, and the Buyer can cancel the order if we do not meet the new delivery time.
10. If the Buyer decides to cancel the order due to a delay under clauses 5.8 or 5.9, the Buyer may do so only for some or all of the ordered products, unless dividing the order would significantly reduce their value. If the products have been delivered to the Buyer, the Buyer must return them or allow us to pick them up while we pay the resulting costs. If the Buyer cancels the order, we will return all money paid for the canceled products and their delivery.
6. Right of cancellation
1. The buyer has the legal right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product. This means that if during this period the Buyer changes his mind or decides for some other reason that he does not want to keep the product, the Buyer can inform us of his decision to cancel the contract and get the money back. To cancel an order, the Buyer must proceed as described below:
- The Buyer may send a cancellation notice by email to info@healthtraders.net, however, before we have shipped the products to the Buyer. Please note that even if the order has not been sent, the cancellation may be too late, in which case;
- if the products have already been sent to the Buyer, return them to us in accordance with the instructions on the online store returns page.
2. When we have received the products, we will refund the Buyer in full suoritetun summan.
3. Note!
- The buyer is obliged to keep the product essentially unchanged and undiminished until he decides to keep it.Under the law, we have the right to deduct from the return amount an amount that corresponds to the decrease in the value of the products, if it was caused by the Buyer handling them in a way that would not have been allowed even if we had sold them to the Buyer in a store. This could, for example, apply to a sleep apnea mask that the Buyer has already tried to use, since even a single use reduces the value of this product very much.
- If the product must be returned in such a way that, for health or hygiene reasons, its seal must be intact or the package unopened, the Buyer loses the right to cancel the order and get a refund for the product if the Buyer returns the product in anything other than the unopened, original packaging. This applies to e.g. sleep apnea masks whose packaging has been opened by the Buyer.
4. If the Buyer has returned the products to us in accordance with this section 6 either on the basis of the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal or because they are defective (due to reasons other than the Buyer's own, negligence or mistreatment) or their product description does not correspond to reality, we will return the full price of the products and all related shipping, unless we use 8.4 subject to our right to replace the defective product
