Our delivery partner is Suomen Posti. Orders are delivered from our warehouse in Finland.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time for online store products is 1-3 business days.

How is my package sent?

The order is delivered to the Post office. You will be sent a text message when the shipment is
available for collection.

How do I check the status of my order or delivery?

You can follow the progress of the shipment from the tracking number in the order confirmation. This can be found n your email after the order has been paid and confirmed.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

We recommend contacting our customer service immediately by phone or e-mail.

If the delivery/collection time for my package expired, can I book a redelivery?

In this situation, we would ask you to contact our customer service immediately so
we can find the best solution for your situation.

Why can't you ship my order?

The order has not yet reached us / there are errors or omissions in the order / the product is temporarily out of stock, which we will always inform you about separately.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Delivery time is 1-3 business days. If Posti's tracking in the online store does not show the status of your shipment, please contact our customer service at info@healthtraders.fi

Can I choose a faster delivery with an express service?

Our option is the fastest possible transport available.

Can I have orders delivered to my office address?

When placing an order in the online store, you can specify the desired delivery address. If it is a company, you can replace the first and last name with the company name.

Can I send products to another country?

Finnish online store orders are delivered only to Finland.

Returns and refunds

The products have a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt of the order. The return of the products is free of charge.

Medical equipment and supplies must be returned in unopened packaging for health and hygiene reasons. (Consumer Protection Act: Chapter 6, Section 16). Hygiene products include, for example, sleep apnea masks, sleep apnea devices, hoses and pillows. If the package is opened or damaged, the price of the product will not be refunded. If the product you purchased is part of a product package, all products in the package must be returned. Please familiarize yourself with section 6. Right of cancellation of the contract terms of the online store before returning the order. Please note that all returned products must be in salable condition and unused.

Returning an order is simple:

1. Fill out a paper or electronic return and warranty service form.
2. Pack the products in the original packaging. Close the package carefully and fasten the return address card that came with the package on top of the old address card.
3. Leave the package at the nearest Post office. Remember to ask for a return receipt. Health Traders has already paid the return shipping costs.
4. After receiving your return, we will return the money to the payment method you used within two weeks.

What is the return policy?

We act according to the return instructions. Instructions can be found above and at the bottom of the online store page.

How long does it take to process returns?

The duration of the refund depends on your bank. When the products have returned to our warehouse,
the credit will be shown on the credit card you used, with the date of purchase, within about 2 weeks.

Is it possible to exchange goods?

We do not offer an exchange service because our products are limited in availability. You can make a return according to the instructions at the bottom of the online store. If you need a new product, e.g. a different size, you can place a new order.

Will I get my money back?

Yes, when the product is returned unopened/unused and according to the instructions. 

How much does it cost to return the product(s)? 

The return is free of charge.

How many days do I have to return my order?

The products have a 14-day right of return starting from the receipt of the order. Palautus on maksuton.

Can I get a refund for shipping costs if I return my product?

Yes, if all products on the order are returned.

Can I include products from different orders in one return package?

To ensure quick processing of your returns, we ask that returns for different orders are always sent separately.
